Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep, deep golden, a bit unclear, small persistent white foamy layer, moderate toasty-fruity nose with a distinctive hoppy background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium nodied; drier lingering herbal-hoppy and toasty-caramelly finish. A good, well balanced brew…

Schönes, süffiges Oktoberfest. Klarer Geschmack, leider leidet das Aroma ein bisschen.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel and light bread, faint hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and light bread. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some caramel and light bread, light hoppyness. Caramel sweetish märzen – that’s it.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass also, a bit darker than exspected. Nice head. Starts fine malty-spicy, modest sweet, fine wheaty. Modest dry-sourish background. Well balanced finish and quite drinkable. Really nice!

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, deep golden colour with a mid-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Bready and slightly biscuity cara-malty aroma with mildy herbal hoppy accents. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Hearty cara-malt character, again with bready notes, as well as traces of honey and a whiff of herbal hops; sweet and delicately bitter hoppy finish. Not bad for a Festbier. 08.VI.13

It’s hazy amber golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, fruit and a touch of vegetables. The flavor has a moderate sweetness and notes of caramel, malt, burnt sugar, fruit, a touch of citrus and the finish has notes of caramel and citrus.
