Bottle at The Kernel. Pours cloudy amber with a fine, off-white head. Big toasty malt aroma. Big sweet flavor, caramel, some leaves, some riope fruits. Medium to full bodiedd with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, big malt character, toast, some ripe dark fruits, sugar, bread. Very enjoyable beer with a decvent degree of complexity.

0,33 l bottle, Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest
Honey yellow color with a minimal lacing white head. Malt, honey, some caramel and vanilla, yeast and grassy hop in the moderated aroma. Lively carbonation with bready malt, sweet tones of caramel and honey, a grassy-herbal bit of hop on the tongue. Dry aftertaste. I missed something particularity. The beer goes only for the high abv(?)

Íze kissé gyümölcsös, likőrös, kissé csípős, a sok maláta is érződik rajta.

Draft at the brickstore pub. Pour is a light yellow with a bit of a wispy white head. Aroma is toasty grain, wheat, and honey. Flavor is a burst of honey with a bit of citrus fruit on the back of the palate. Full bodied and a very hefty drink.

Brick Store - This was yummy for a change, a very nice example of the style. I don’t think I could have more than a glass, but enjoyable and different. Lots of fruit and honey in the nose. This is very sweet and heavy on the palate, but never cloying, this is really a good food beer, so definitely pair it with something to take some of that away, and make for a more enjoyable drinking experience.

Appearance: Clear, yellow body with a half inch of sudsy, white head. Smell: Sweet-scented, curious nose, smelling of blended cider, sweet mead, and a pilsener. It’s different, I’ll give it that. Taste: Sweet, grainy pilsener malts with some slight perceived cidery qualities and a strong, strong taste of sweet, pure, nigh unfermented honey. Unfortunately, this one’ll leave you wanting, leave you waiting for some balancing bitterness that never comes. Faint floral undertones. Finishes decidedly sweet. Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium-low carbonation. Very chewy mouthfeel, surprisingly so, even. Drinkability: Being a fan of sweetness is a prerequisite with this one. I did find this to be just knocking on the door of cloying and I found myself thankful it wasn’t in a large portion and that I had a cool glass of water onhand.

Bottled:
Aged one year in my cellar. Intensive nose of malt, honey and fruit. The Beer is cloudy, light yellow, head is quickly dishmising. Complex malt flavor, grain, oat with honey notes, few sweetness. Finish is light bitter, peppery and light sharp and has again notes of grainy malt. A wonderful beer.
