COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A lightly unclear, golden beer with a dense, off-white head of moderate size. The aroma is a bit too much on the hayish, grainy and grassy side, but there’s some pleasant peppery hop notes and a little caramel hint. Quite dry on the palate, pleasantly carbonated. Pale malts, caramel, some bitterness and a little grassy hint as well. Lasting finish. A drinkable one, but not very interesting. 131026

330ml bottle. Clear reddish amber colour with small to average, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Minimally grainy, caramel malty aroma with hints of milk chocolate, minimally fruity (apple, pear) hoppy overtones. Taste is caramel malty with a cautious roasty touch, slightly grassy and fruity hop notes with apple and pear touch. Rather pale Dunkel.
