Crisply clear copper color brew with a thin white head. Clean citris hop aroma. Caramel sweetness behind a prominent hop bitterness. Excellent.

On tap at the brewpub in Fayetteville, AR. Pours a clear, copper-gold colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is orange florals and dull earth, a light caramel, some graininess, and touches of toffee. Flavor is grassy and somewhat grainy with a light caramel sweetness, a good amount of dull citrus florals, and a light earth. Finishes moderately bitter and dry with some earth and a light toffee note. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent ESB. Well hopped and bitter, but balanced and easy drinking. Not bad.
