On tap at the brewpub in Fayetteville, AR. Pours a clear, pale yellow-gold colored body with a finger-width, frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is lightly sweetened, somewhat buttery pils malts with traces of fruit and grass. Flavor is similar. Lightly sweetened and somewhat buttery pils malts with a very light grass and hints of fruit. Finishes thin with no real aftertaste and a slight graininess. Light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, an inoffensive Kölsch, but thin and lacking any real character. Eh...
