COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular, and bottle conditioned prior to 2012.
A malty pale golden beer with hints of banana and pineapple. An excellent balance of aroma and bittering hops followed by a long dry hoppy finish.

Pours clear amber with a low white head. Aroma is mostly malts. Flavor is pretty light and dominated by malts. A very slight hint of hops in the finish. Disappointing.

Clear amber colour with tiny off-white head. Fruity English style hoppy aroma with fruity ice tea elements. Candy like sugar sweetness, some bitterish hops and sweet caramel malt in flavour. Sparkling.

Bottle from the Hogs Back Shop. Pours a deep golden colour with a thin white head. Plenty of malt in the aroma, with a hint of pineapple. The taste is all citrus, and finishes with a dry bitter finish.

Gravicask, sample as H.O.P. from the Hogs Back Brewery Bar, GBBF 09. Golden body topped by a few bubbles. Late fruity to the nose with malty sweetness beneath. Malty sweetness and citrus fruits in flavour developing into a mild bittersweet ending. Dry on the swallow (Earls Court, 07.08.2009).
