Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 4, 2005 An unclear dark red beer with a disappearing orange head. The aroma sweet and spicy - especially ginger standing out. The flavor is sweet and spicy, but also with roasted and chocolate notes. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Oct 19, 2002 Bottled. I’ve got the seasonal variety ’Santas Wobble’, which according to their website was so popular they made it a regular and changed the name of it. Pours deep amber. Syrupy, fruity nose. Full bodied, malty and very sweet. Nice woody, spicy finish. Papsoe (10359), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 18, 2007 (Bottle 27,5 cl) Comes as "Hogs Back Wobble in a Bottle". Pours a hazy, dark amber with an off-white head. Fruity, sweetish nose. Rather full-bodied - a bit flat - very pleasant fruity accents - peach? Hoppy finish. Quite pleasant. 120207 joergen (6529), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 14, 2007 Bottle as Wobble in a Bottle.
Cloudy orange coloured with an off white head.
Aroma of fruits, caramel and spices.
Flavour of fruits, caramel and spices. fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Dec 11, 2005 Hazy reddish amber color. Aroma of malt, light raisins, some spices. Quite malty, with an evident wooden character (cask), caramel, and sweet liquorice. Quite strong bitterness, adapted to the beer. Warming. Emotionally not impressive, but very pleasant.
