sm89walt (179), Norwich, Norfolk, England Sep 24, 2007 An interesting bottle. Pours light copper and it has a small white head. Aromas of fruit and caramel with hints of cereal. A light and creamy body with a slightly metallic taste mixed with notes of malt. Negligible bitter finish, but it has a sweet malty aftertaste once the minor hoppyness has quietened.

Pours deep copper with a small, creamy, off-white, film head. Aroma has some herbal hoppiness, some light spice and good caramel malty backbone. Fine, elegant creaminess in mouthfeel. Flavour is okay as well. Some dry hoppiness, caramel and herbs. Fine beer. MiP (6026), Flensburg, Germany Sep 9, 2008 Cask, 4.2% at GBBF08. Hazy dark copper colour. Mild flavour, quite malty, slightly spicy. peter48er (77), Liverpool, Merseyside, England Sep 5, 2008 Bottle, just past ’best before’ date.
