2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma is earthiness, some clove and straw apparent. Taste is a light sweet maltiness quickly consumed by hop character that is of clove, tanin, earthiness and citrus. Appearance is clear copper /brown with a fluffy pearl head that retains fairly well.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Thin, almost non-existent head. Brownish red pour. Faint malt, and hops predominate the nose. Dusty, rustic taste with hoppy finish. Doesn’t linger too long.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
341ml brown bottle. Dark red pour, orange highlights. Small beige cap. Nose has some nut and caramel malt and light hops. Taste has some caramel and a bit of roasty rich malt, some metallic hops. Some lingering bitterness, bit of grapefruit hops. Overall an ok brew, if you like malt heavy IPAs this will appeal to you. I would have liked a little less malt richness. I’ve had this beer a few times in the past year or so and this seems heavier and richer than I remember.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a dark amber, aroma is of hops and nothing else to speak of. Taste and palate is entirely a strong hop flavor, not much else. Fizzy, high carbonation in this one. Bitter hop aftertaste. Nothing special.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
From tap at brewery. Pours a clear dark brownish red with a thin tan head. Some floral notes. A deep amber malt balances out the hop bitterness well. It's a decent ipa. Happy to see more local brewers making my favourite style of brew

1.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours a clear dark brownish red with a thin tan head. Low carbonation. Sweet malty aroma with some floral hop notes. Taste: Moderate bitterness, earth hop notes. Not much for malt notes, minimal aromas. Finish: Bitter, some earthiness, crisp. Kind of a plain jane IPA. Would be improved with more aromatic and flavouring hops, and a tad more carbonation, and something in the malt notes underneath.

Draft sample @ Edmonton Craft Beer Festival. Very dark copper red, low aroma of darkly roasted malts. Roasted malt flavour, a tad thin, with an astringent dry bitter finish (peach pit).

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft to pint glass
Slight aroma of grapefruit, clementines, and resin. Dark amber with a ring like tan head, tbh not a classic IIPA appearance. Taste is hoppy a a bit sweet with a puckering bitterness at the end.

Deep amber with a slight, off-white head. Sweet, orange fruits, a touch of caramel and herb edge, leading to a hoppy, dry finish.
