3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour on cask at the brewery, orange pour with thick white head, aroma brought notes of slight lemon, earth, and bready notes, slight chewy biscuit notes as well, hints of grass, slight buttery notes but works. Taste is a mix of bread, cracker, some butter into a bit of earth, spice and yeast, touch of grassy notes, finishing bitter.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Half pint draft at Hogshead in Denver, Colorado. The pour is mostly clear orange golden, with a smallish white head. The aroma is baking caramel maltiness, apple fruit notes, and a dry floral herbal. The taste is the caramel lightly sweet malt, balanced with the fresh floral herbal hops, which shows as a bit earthy in the taste. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation, and lingering chewy maltiness in the finish. Solid beer, nice integration of the malt and hop characters.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask @ Hogshead. Dry hopped with Fuggles and Williamette. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a foamy, cream colored head. Light butter, chewy ale, lightly earthy, a bit fruity aroma. Chewy, bready yeasty, light butterscotch, a bit citrusy flavor. Not my favorite here but still a good session.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A crazy dry and crisp bitter, with crackery malts, a strong mineral bite and a fruity, earthy hop tone - super sessionable and wonderfully bright - that’s all I have to say.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
cask. clear medium light amber body, frothy white head.
clean nose with the signature of English ale yeast / butter / apple / fruit esters with touches of mold and must, with the cookie batter and whiskey malt / cognac / brined cherry maris otter with pineapple upside down cake notes. mild bitterness, medium sweetness, touches of honey turning to more amber / red malt flavors. oily / filmy texture late. clean,
crisp, sweet, decent carbonation, could use for creaminess to the body, but otherwise it’s pretty solid.
