Jul 9, 2007 (33cl bottle) Hazy, light orange colour with a huge and dense foamy white head with a moderate persistence and beautiful lacing. Slightly yeasty, moderately sweet malt aroma with a low to medium wheat-character; strong fruity (banana, mandarin) and restrained phenolic notes. Light-sweet and slightly acidic flavour with a bit harsh yeasty bitter notes; fruit-accented yeasty and moderately wheaty taste; pretty slim bodied for its 5.4% abv; medium to light crispy carbonated mouthfeel; thin, slightly sweet and wheaty finish with yeasty and hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Drinkable but not perfectly balanced Hefeweizen.
