Huge thanks heavy! And his guests. Shared with ogivlado and kajser. Misty pale ochre-yellow body with a tiny creamy white head. Superb aroma - huge banana, light pear, light herbal notes. Just wow, creamy, slightly lactic, a touch yeasty. The taste is a mild disappointment, vague pear ester, yeastiness, dull caramel touch. OK in the end. Ah, shame, showed so much promise initially.

A 0.5 l bottle. It poured a hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Strong banana aroma, lightly chalky and only a bit sour. Flavor was lightly sweet, estery, with banana dominating. Not particularly full bodied, thinner but pleasant and smooth with carbonation tingling the palate. Moderately long sweetish finish with notable chalk presence. Quite fine.

0.5 l bottle from the brewpub in Hohenthann. Clody orange-golden color, average head. Interesting wheat aroma, some fruity citrus inputs, but also little bit odd and fermenting.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Cloudy golden, minimal head. Dough and overripe banana. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, somewhat mushy mouthfeel. Dough, sugar and mashed banana. No bitterness.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy golden orange, thin white head. Low carbonation for the style. Light banana and wheat aromas, faint spice. Taste is light sweet, yeasty, light clove. Clean finish. OK.

Ganz nett halt.

Bottle from Bierspezialitäten in Leverkusen. The Hefeweizen pours out in a hazy yellow-golden colour with steady head and medium body. Aroma of yeast and wheat. Taste of mild yeast, wheat, bread, citrus, hay and flowers. High carbonation. Refreshing, drinkable.

Bottled (from Bier Zwerg). Golden colour, big white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, some mild spices and bready malts. Flavour is wheat, citrus, crisp malts, some mild spices as well as some slight yeast. Very fresh and nice Hefeweizen for a hot summer day.
