Pale golden, small stable creamy white foam, hazy with clumps of yeast; citrus-fruity and yeasty nose with a grainy touch, distinctive floral hoppiness detectable; light to medium bodied, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; delicate fruity finish with a well hidden floral hoppiness. Not bad, but a bit unspectacular...........

Oct 31, 2006 (bottle, with thanks to joss !) Cloudy yellow colour with a fluffy but non-persistent foamy white head. Malty, slightly grainy and yeasty aroma with notes of citrus and a good dose of spicy hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium body, lively carbonation. Malty, slighty grainy and yeasty taste, restrained fruity; malty, slightly yeasty-bitter finish with late arriving hops. Rather a decent Zwickelbier.

Oct 2, 2006 Bottle, needs to be turned upside down to free the yeast. Cloudy yellow, big bubbles, huge white foamy head. From afar stron bitterhop edges, nicely bitter aromatic hops when you stick your nose into the glass.
Fairly light grainy body, minerally yeast, nice and flowery hop profile with a definite bitter and dry north german pilsner edge. Not bad really.
