draught@Solothurner Biertage 2011 - blond-orange in colour with a solid long lasting bright white foam; a solid honeyish aroma qith light hoppy and flowery notes; a good malt backbone, quite sweet and with a hint of acidity to bring some balance; residual sugars and long honeyish and caramelish notes in the finish - very nicely made

tasted it on solothurn beerdays slightly hazy amber colored beer, smells malty and of some floral honey tasts bittersweet and of honey. aftretsste is bittersweet. an rather interesting not too sweet honey-beer.
