Swing top bottle (BB 06/2010, PBF)
Ruby color, small off-white head. Sourness and caramel in the nose. Tart, caramelly and grassy. Infected with lingering acidyness.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ Petalax Beer Festival 2010 - the 4th. edition.

Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, roasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, bread, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled@PBF2010 (thanks Bov!). Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is slight acidic notes, Flavour is sour wood, some spices mild malts.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy nut brown, rich creamy head. Malt sweet with soft mouthfeel and light-mediu body. Low hop rate and bitterness. Shy and restrained flavours, but th pleasant malt structure makes it nicely drinkable.

really dark brown beer, with a little offwhite head. smells and tasts of some roastyness and bittersweet. in aftertaste good bitterness too, but not as tasty expected looking at the color.

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Bov. A lot of burn match components in the nose. Strong astringence. I enjoyed this beer. Thanks a lot Bov!

bought@brewery - cloudy brown colour with a moderate head retention; slightly toasted malty aroma, notes of dark fruits with a mineral touch; medium-bodied, slightly sweet and with a late tartness, toasted aftertaste with lingering malty and biscuity notes - not really tasty and lacking of character
