Bottle. Pale gold with no head and low carbonation. Aromas are sweet and sour apple. Quite thin with hints of sulphur. Dry. Flavours are sour apple with some earthy, ripe notes - seems a mix of dry and sweet cider. Dry on the finish with some light woodiness. Lemon tartness on the aftertaste. Very dry on the palate. Papsoe is dead right with his white wine analogy.

It’s golden with notes of apple, light celluloses, weinbrand and alcohol. The flavor has alight sweetness, is dry with notes of sour apples and the finish is dry. It’s thin/watery.

Clear light to medium golden yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple skin, light rubber - swim float, light earthy, cheese notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long to average duration, sharp, tart apple, thin, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (Bottle 100 cl) Clear, pale golden with a bubbly head that vanishes in no time. Discreet, tart aroma. Medium body, quite dry - mostly reminds me of a dry white wine. Weak apple accents and a dry, lightly acidic finish. But quite fresh really. 250907

Ungstrup (24024) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - APR 22, 2007
Bottled. A pale yellow cider with no head. The aroma is sweet apply with light notes of wood and acidity. The flavor is sweet and at the same time rather acidic apply, making it rather refreshing, leading to a dry woody end.
