Bottled. Yellow colorued. Murky. Dense off white head. aroma of sweetness, herbs, fruits, flowers. flavour of sweetness, fruits, herbs and some caramel. medium bodied. dry herbal bitterness in the end.

0,5 l. bottle in to a trappist glass. Served cold. Hazy, golden colour with a small, white head, that faded. Sweet and yeasty aroma with exotic fruits, pepper,earth, herbs and a citrus note. Some hops as well. Sweet taste with a bitter, hop background. As the beer warms up, some alcohol shows. Medium body with a slick texture. Lively carbonated as the style dictates. Medium length finish with sweet fruits, hops and yeasts. I rate this beer higher than most...

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Slighly hazy deep golden color. Sweet, tart and flowery aroma with sweat and elderberry. Sweet, tart and yeasty flavor with pepper, clove and elderberry. Clovey spiciness and flowery elderberry and contradicting here.

Light unclear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, dusty, chalk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, chalk. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110315]

Bottle. Cloudy yellow pour with a medium off white head. The aroma is yeast, caramel, sweet malt and spices. The flavour is Spicy and yeasty with notes of sweet caramel, hops and ends up rather dry.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy and opaque pale golden with a small white head. Fruity nose, somewhat astringent. Medium body, low carbonation, very sweet and fruity malt. Hardly any hops. A little sticky, but not too bad. 130211

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malty, slight cereal and light grassy. Sweet and malty flavoured. Bitter and sweet malty finish. Ends dry and bitter.

Pours muddy pale golden with a fine, staying, fairly creamy, white head on top. Powerful aroma, lots of elderflowers, but also peach, red apples, yeast and doughy malts. Medium carbonation, kinda oily and fat mouthfeel. Flavour is a little weak, actually. Some fat caramel based malts, some herbal elderflower notes and a mild bitterness. Some fruitiness in the finish. Vinious and warming. Not particularly well composed.

Pours light hazy pale golden with a fine, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma has malts, apples, light apricot hops, some esters, light vinious. Bit of a calvados touch to it. Medium carbonation, rather creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is just a tad too vinious for its own good. Otherwise good hoppiness, rather fruity on top of the fruity estery malty sweetness behind it. An interesting, hoppy, blonde with just a bit too harsh alcohol flavours.

Bottle at Theis & Mette. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, sweet berries, hops and grass. Fruity flavour of caramel, sweet berries, hops and grass. Hoppy finish.
