Commercial Description:
Editor's note: This beer was formerly known as Holbæk IPA.
The bottled version has been brewed at Herslev Bryghus and holds 6.5% ABV.

Danish: Lys, frugtig ale efter engelsk forbillede med masser af smag fra Marris Otter malten og den originale Whitbread gær. Duften er krydret med Saazer humle, og den fyldige øl har tydelig humlekarakter.

English: A light, fruity English inspired ale with lots of flavour from the Marris Otter malts and the original Whitbread yeast. The aroma is spiced with Saazer hops and the full-bodied beer has a distinct hop character.

Small white head, orange body with slight haze. Fruity malt aroma. Bittersweet mango malt taste with citric roasty notes. Full, smooth mouthfeel. Bitter mango aftertaste. Nice and drinkable. (0.1l draft.)

Aroma: almost like pilsener. Very soft IPA with a note almost like honey. Lavks co2 but according to the brewer this will be corrected.

Tap. Golden color with a nice white head. Nice hopy aroma. The taste is a balanced body with a light hoppy palate. Comes off a little thin and lacking a bit of hops. But nice nonetheless.

En let drikkelig øl, navnet gør at man forventer større humle end der egentlig er. En okay øl.
