Dark brown body with a short-lived, off-white head that reduces to a partially covering film. There is very little lacing left on the glass. Strong roasted aroma with caramel and hoppy notes. Light sweet taste, light to moderate bitter finish. Quite thin bodied, moderate carbonation. Nice brown ale, the extra happiness is a good idea.
