Draft. An unclear golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet and dominated by apples, leading to a tart finish.

Unclear yellow color with a fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is apple, scrumpy, alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish fel is moderate alcoolic. [20090516]

On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. it doesn’t look too good, with it’s still, hazy, milky-yellow body. The nose is decent, but reminds me too much of apple sauce made from sweet apples, with some alcohol in the back. Sweet apple flavor with a nice sourish touch and some citrusy notes. Pleasantly astringent. The finish is mostly apples, but with some sourness. Overall, too much on the sweet side, but rather drinikable. (090516)

Muddy yellow with no head. Apple peel and pear aroma. Sweet apple flavour with a slightly tart note making it quite drinkable.

CBF, Valby. Cloudy/ milky yellow. Aroma moderate malty (apple, citrus). Flavor moderate to heavy sweet and acidic. Strong. Very fine. Cheers Elisabeth.

Sample at CPH beerfestival. Small head with short duration. Color is paley yellow. Aroma and taste are sugar, apple, alcohol and citrus.

On tap. Cloudy and opaque milky golden with a tiny white head. Intense apple aroma with distinct alcohol. Medium body, intense and dry sweet/tart apple notes with some sulphur. Alcoholic finish. Not bad at all for a first attempt at a cider. 160509

CBF09. Draught. Pale yellow colour. Powerfull apple and citrus aroma. Nice powerfull medium dry apple flavor. Oily palate. Nice cider.
