EBF09. Bottle. Almost no head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Very vinius. Heavy sweet and light bitter flavor. Long nice mead finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Bottle. Served warm. Pours amber with a tiny film head. Aroma has alcohol, marzipan, raisins, caramel. Fine, light mouthfeel. Flavour has raisins, light spiciness, alcohol (too much), but it is nicely warming.

Bottle 75 cl. Served warm to hot: pours a clear deep amber with a rough, off-white head. sweetish spicy aroma with distinct alcohol. Quite full-bodied with spicy accents of raisins and cinnamon. Some bitterness in the finish. A pleasant winter warmer. 291208

Copper, no head. Aroma heavy malty (raisin, almonds, old port, spicy notes). Flavor heavy sweet. Lot’s of alcohol giving a fine warmth. Good. Served warm with raisins.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a fully gone head. Spiced and towards apple herbal from a distance. Sweet and herbal flavoured with a distinct raisin and mild plum note. Caramel and marzipan flavour. Sweet and malty finish, lasting raisin impression into the finish.
