Hazy amber beer, thick frothy white head. Light airy palate, silky too. hard to pin down, a very light crisp palate that belies it’s abv. The taste is a sublte blend of honey malt, orange and light light brandy. Minerals. Finishes light and frothy. Very nice - light as a feather and something a bit different.

Tasted in 2009. Golden in color with an average off-white head. Aroma is of honey, malt and grain. taste is of fruit, malt, honey and booze.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden/amber with a beige/off-white head. Sweet, fat and malty aroma. Same flavour, but with additional notes of fruit, honey and caramel. Strong finish with more of the same, as well as a touch of alcohol. Decent. 10.03.11.
