Den mørke, ristede malt tilfører øllet en karakteristisk smag med noter af kaffe og mørk chokolade. Den har tydelig “mørk” smag, men er alligevel let og forfriskende. English: This pitch black beer is the house speciality. The style is a hybrid between a stout and a schwarzbier. The dark roasted malts adds a characteristic flavour with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. It has a distinct ’dark’ flavor, yet it is still light and refreshing.
