Bottle. Chestnut, slim tan head. Enticing coffee cake, Crunchie and chargrilled vegetable aroma; coffee buttercream flavour with a mellow roasted finish hinting at burnt cake, nuts and Marmite. Burnt plastic hints drag it down a notch. Mild, with hints of character.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Cask @ Charlies, Cph.
Pours deep mahogany amber with a small ring of foam. Aroma has caramel, mild notes of hard roasted malts. Low carbonation, quite watery palate. Flavour is slightly dry, light roasted, a touch of black berries, light smoky. The last doesn’t really belong anywhere. Not a terribly good Mild.
