Cask (handpump) @ Wenlock Arms, 26 Wenlock Road, London, Greater London England N1 7TA.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, spicy, ginger ? Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20081228]

Cask conditioned at The Anchor, Birmingham. Hazed pale gold with slight head. Heady, biscuity, alcohol full brew and a pint of this did give me crazy legs on the way to the football ground. Apricot, peachy notes, but a little dull in character.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2008. Sweet fruit, apricots and oranges. Boiled sweets, too. Some citrus hops would have improved this a lot.

A Mes rate. Gravicask at Pigs Ear. Semi hazy dark gold with a thin film topping but some reasonable condition. Full on biscuit with a hint of mango and some cereal. Fairly sharp fruity finish leaving it a little raw and unbalanced.
