1. Cask Stillage from the Cellar at the New Oxford, Salford 07/12/2007 Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured hoppy and smooth on the palate with a crisp and dry lasting malt finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield 15/12/2007 Hoppy and slightly sweet aroma. Clear golden coloured and hoppy with some dryness in a crisp malt finish.

From a carry out container from the Bitter End, Bromley. Golden/amber pour with a white head. Strong vanilla nose with a light malt character. Vanilla and light fruit flavour. Bitter-fruit finish.

Cask@Out of the Vaults, Leicester. Golden beer with a lightly hopped and slightly malty aroma. The flavour is very dry with a watery body. Overall an average beer.

Cask, Out of the Vaults, Leicester. Golden with a small head. Aromas are sweet pear with crystalised sugar. Some toffee malts. Flavours are sweet ripe pear with earthy hops. Sweet with some damp notes. Dry on the finish.
