COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sparkling gold in colour with a fruity aroma and a deliciously subtle malty taste, First Gold hops and optic malt combine to result in a long and lingering bittersweet finish. A clear winner!

Cask Conditioned handpump Malt Shovel Northampton. A blonde beer with a white head and lots of lace. Lots of diacetyl in this. Biscuity malts too and lemony hops. There is a reasonable body but I’m not sure that’s not the diacetyl. This might be quite nice on another day.
