COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - August 2005. Re-appeared October 2009.
An exceptionally pale flax coloured crisp, clean beer brewed using lager malt and Goldings Hops. A thirst quenchingly refreshing beer with a delicate hoppy aroma and subtle malty overtones, which lead to a crisp bitter finish.

Cask @ Charlies Bar, Cph.
Pours clear golden with a small, foamy head. Aroma has lots of green apples, some sweet pilsner malts. Low carbonation, quite dry mouthfeel. Flavour has a bit of metal, dry, apples, oranges. Rather harsh, unbalanced bitterness.

Cask (handpulled) at the Brunswick, Derby. Decent maltyness, off-copper body with slight head. Last beer of the day on a Derby crawl, not a bad beer to end on. Mind you, Dan - Mince of Tang? Did they play a set on BBC6 last week ;)

Hand pulled at the Anchor, Birmingham. Goldenish, no head. Bready feeling throughout the mouthful, which is not nice, and does not encourage further sipping. A mince of tang in the middle, but this is average at best.
