Cask (handpump) @ Hillsborough Hotel, 54-58 Langsett Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S6 2UB.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, nutty, light leather, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100119]

Cask handpump at The Wellington, Birmingham (Jan 2010). Clear, straw-coloured, short head. Slightly hoppy scent. Very bitter, quite dry. Some honey at the start. Citrus lemons. No carbonation. Slightly woody aftertaste. Very nice.

Cask. Slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet malty and fruity nose. Light body, sweet malts and hardly any hops. Yawn... 190110
