COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - August 2007 (Saints & Sinners series).
Platinum gold in colour, this refined premium beer has a light nose of malt and toasted cereal notes with a restrained and well mannered delicious fruity sweetness. A perfectly pretentious pint!

Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2007. Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Has Fruity malty and slightly hoppy aroma. Sweet malty and fruity flavor with some hoppy hints. Malty finish with some fruity hints and a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Cask, Slug & Lettuce, Leicester. Golden with an off-White foam.  Aromas are light biscuit and caramel malts with honey and floral notes.  Some toffee with hints of wet cardboard.  Flavours are sweet biscuit malts with lemon.  Spritzy yeast with acidic citrus.  Quite a degree of underlying honey.  Dry on the finish with a peppery palate.  Decent yet unremarkable.

Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF 2007. A golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt and caramel, while the flavor is sweet with stronger notes of malt and caramel.
