harrisoni (5106), Ashford, Kent, England Jan 28, 2008 Cask handpull at Crosse Keys, JDW, London. Gold with lasting beige head. Blondish beer with decent earthy hop aroma. Perfectly drinkable but lacks depth anders37 (2563), Malmö, Sweden Jan 6, 2008 Cask @ Willow Walk, JDW, Victoria. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with some hints of citrus. Fruity zesty hop flavor with some citrus hints. Long fruity finish with a bitter aftertaste. hughie (2150), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England Nov 22, 2007 Cask at ’Spoons, Milton Keynes, Wetherspoons Festival ’07. Gold with a small white head. Just a hint of fruit in the aroma. Delightful apple and pear fruit taste. On top form for a ’Spoons beer. Some bitterness. Good pint. imdownthepub (3995), Banbury, Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire, England Nov 10, 2007 Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Orange gold with white head. Light, cereal malty, corny type body with a zesty fruity body, just a hint of apricot. Some greenish hops, quite fresh, quite refreshing. Reasonable. chris_o (4405), London, Greater London, England Nov 3, 2007 Cask (handpump), Penderels Oak (JDW), Holborn. Clear mid gold colour. Loose white head. Quite subdued aroma - hints of citrus. Definite lemon/lime zest on the palate but not too much else. Maybe just a touch of dry malt. Smooth, quite soft mouthfeel. Not a huge amount of depth here but its clean and refreshing. Does the job well enough without particularly excelling.
