The perfect accompaniment to any summer day! Road Trip is an American IPA brewed with three varieties of hops from the Pacific Northwest of the US. This beer was inspired by a recent trip made by the Holgate family to the states of Washington and Oregon, which enjoy a thriving craft brewing industry.

Fills the IPA style. Pretty resinous on smell. Hoppy taste. Bitter at the end. Lighter, fruity from Citra but good taste. 330ml, 6%, 1.6std drks. 3 months old. 65ibu ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle tasted at Mane. For a simple, pack IPA, this is pretty good. Fresh fruit driven sweetness with little malt behind it which gives it a really clean finish without being overly bitter. Absolute quaffer with plenty of fruit driven notes. Nice stuff

Bottle poured a clear orange amber with a lingering ring of amber foam. Aromas of caramel, orange zest, earthiness and pinme. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of caramel, earthiness, light pine and a hint of citrus with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.

Draft at Taps KL. Translucent honey amber pour. Aroma is grassy hops. Taste is very very bitter grassy hops with a bit of tropical fruitiness. Slightly sweet then dry bitter finish. Not bad but too bitter without enough to balance.

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2014 Enticing aroma is backed up with a smooth full bodied taste. More laid back than expected - more like a regular pale ale in my opinion. But an excellent example of that style!
