Imperial Mocha Porter
A luscious warming mouthfeel, with coffee induced bitter notes contrasting with sweet chocolate and vanilla. Dangerously easy to drink, liqueuresque in flavour with a kahlua like finish. Like The Goddess Europa on her Bull, its’s easy to get carried away by this little dark number.
Available from 11th Feb 2011 in kegs as Limited Release, and sometime after Easter 2011 in 750mL bottles, approx. 120 only. Very limited and very special!

Bottle shared, poured a brownish red color with aromas of roast, earth, roasted malt, light vanilla and some light chocolate. Flavors are the same, a nice beer overall, thanks to the person who shared this one.

Pours dark with a tanned head. Smells of coffee, chocolate and roasted malts. Moderate sweet, cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Medium bitter finish killed off by some too bitter roasted beans. The finish was a bit to harsh for me - but it’s a quite good beer

Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Dark brown colour with a reddish hue. Small, tan head. Sweet, roasted aroma with malts, coffee, chocolate, dark, dried fruits, vanilla and licorice. Taste is sweet. Full body, thicker texture. Finishes bitter and roasted with dark chocolate and licorice. Excellent Porter from down under.

Dark brown with a cream head. Aromas of chocolate and coffee. The warmth of the alcohol comes right at you however isn't overly detectable on the palate. The beer is quite bitter for this style although it is backed up by dark malts of coffee and chocolate. Slightly too bitter in my opinion as a brown ale, but an interesting beer. -
