Pours golden clear with a inch of head. Light hop aroma, grains and sweet malt. Taste is light bitterness but otherwise slightly on the malty side. Palate is soft carbonation, thin texture. Overall an drinkable beer, but not very enjoyable except for it’s refreshing attributes.

Can: Clear gold with a frothy white head. Bread and corn aroma. Watery grain malt, corn, cardboard taste. Completely lackluster in all respects. Not pleasant.

Bottle from asda. Golden beer with large foam head. Aroma of sweet cereal grain and a little metallic. Taste is slightly sweet, bready and a mild hop bitterness. Soft on the palate. Not too bad actually.

Bottle from Asda, Syston. Certainly an improvement on the last one, but the more I drink of it, the less I like it. Grass cuttings smell, reasonably bubbly. Sweet slooshing gobful of sugar snatch. Little flavour. Little aftertaste.

(M.A. 08-15) (1246-200914)

Yellow brew. Mainly cereal and light noble hops in the presentation. Slightly vegetal and sweet, otherwise pretty clean. Nothing special, nothing offensive."
