Thanks to bierkoning for that one. Bottle looks simple. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, malty, modest alcoholic. Fruity notes of apricot, a bit salty. Nice!

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color and with a small, dense, white head leaving lacings. The aroma has a faint touch of butterscotch, with white sugar and some fruityness. Peaches. Its quite butterscotchy in the flavor too, with white sugar, some alcohol and a little fruityness and bitterness. Medium to full body, with a soft carbonation level. Buttery, sugary finish with fruityness. Not my kind of tripel, thats for sure. 140927

Tap at the Den Haag beer fest 2013. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malty with a little dry yeast leading to a yeasty, crisp, very weak bitter flavour with some cookie dough on the palate. Very refreshing but wont ever get a 100 rating!

Knalliges Orange mit reichlich Schaum. Hefig-fruchtiges Aroma. Im Geschmack nach Pfirsich neben Hefe und malziger Se. Erstaunlich sffig, allerdings vermisse ich Hopfen.

There is a hint if spices, cloves maybe. Other than that it is mostly like a lager.

Bottle at home
Hazy orange amber with small yeast parts floating around. Lasting off-white head. Aroma of yeast ,butter, overripe banana. Creamy, buttery texture that reminds of Texelse beers. Yeast, spices and the same herbal bitterness thats also present in their blond. Sweet malty base. Nice medium to full body and good carbonation.
