COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper colored Dusseldorf style Alt beer. Extremely drinkable, this beer is a balance of malt and noble European hops. Crisp and clean with a nice hop bite.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a clear bronze hued body with an off-white head. Aromas are toasty and grainy with very light esters, mild caramel, a touch of soap and raisins. Flavors are grainy, somewhat strongly bitter, toasted and nutty malt profile with a hint of maple. Dry and very clean. Lively carbonation with a medium-light body.

Amber in color with an off-white head. Sweet malty nose of toast, bread, and toffee. Some hints of grape, a light chocolate aroma, and maybe some prune. Also a light roastiness. Pretty nice malty flavor. Good toffee, toast, and bread. Mild chocolate, dark fruit, cola, and grapes. A very light floral and earthy hop character, too.

Clear brown pour with a slick of white foam. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, toast, and light sweetness. Taste is clean roasted malt with toasty caramel and some sweetness. Light complimentary hops on the finish. Clean mouthfeel. Nice.
