Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a crystal clear yellow hued body with a white head. Aromas are bready, grainy, toasty pils malt character with a nicely herbal/grassy noble like hop character. Clean yeast wise. Flavors are clean and grassy with a relatively strong bitterness. Nice toasty malt, dry, light sulfur. Lively bubbles, medium-light bodied, dry and crisp finish.

A clear straw pour with a white head. Nice sweetness on the nose of corn, grain, and a bit of biscuit. Some straw, floral hops, yeast, and apple esters. The flavor is mostly sweet and grainy, but there’s also a light bitterness. Straw, floral, and grassy hop notes. Some sweet apple esters, biscuit, and a touch of yeast. Just okay, and a bit too sweet for me.
