Brown in color with a small off-white head. Very earthy nose, lots of coffee and coffee grounds, and some mild chocolate and roast. A but of molasses and toffee sweetness. The flavor is a touch bitter. Lots of roast, coffee, and earthy hops. A little bit of citrus zest and pine. Not too much in the way of sweetness.

Tap @ brewpub. Brown pour with a frothy light tan head. Aroma is dry and nutty roast with toffee and light hop bitterness. Taste is chocolate, nuts, light and dry roast, and pleasant hop bitterness into the finish. Smooth, near creamy mouthfeel. Great beer.
