A refreshingly tart wheat beer brewed with wheat and pilsner malts. Gently flavored with coriander and a small addition of salt. Served straight or with your choice of raspberry or tart cherry syrups.

Tap. Pours a very clear, very light yellow, almost clear. White head that is minimal at best. Very tart aroma with definite lemon and vinegar but still light. Taste is again a mostly lemon/vinegar tartness that comes in strong but melds well. Some guava going on. Light and nice beer with just the right tartness/sourness.

Pours a hazed pale yellow color with a white head. Much more sour than most Goses I’ve tried. Heavy on the lemon, a touch of white vinegar, and definite salt. Minimal coriander, but some straw and sweet malt aromas. Light green melon on the palate, some salt, light coriander, and tons of lemon. A bit of white vinegar, some straw and grass, and a hint of sweet malt. Pretty solid beer all around.

Hazy yellow pour, small and dissipating white head. Tarty and lemony citrus with a little bready in the taste and aroma. This is a good one.

Clear golden with a thin white head. Tart bready aroma. Very tart green apple taste with a wheat bread finish. The salt gives the tartness a bit more sting. Very bright palate. Interesting and good.

This was quite the pleasant surprise. Was expecting the bigger beers to wow. But this was better. Slight tartness. Good grain taste. Pours a pretty light yellow. Would be good with salad.

Draught. Hazy golden with a white head. Grainy, almost cherio like flavor with a nice tartness and spice. Super drinkable and light overall.

On tap. Pours with a vibrant, clear, straw yellow body. Aromas of light sea salt, lemon, wheat, grain and lactic acid. Flavors are very lactic (quite strong), clean acidity, hind of salt/salinity. A light hint of spice. Some salinity (thickness) on the palate. Medium to lively bubbles. I really like the acidity, but it might be on the high side for the style.

On tap at Toronado - a few issues 1. Out of six people, no one liked it 2. no one knew what style it was and everyone assumed it had off flavors 3. It was served way too warm at Toronado. Why too much funk and off burnt notes to really be appealing. Adding raspberry or cherry syrup as they recommended could have helped. But as is, this beer was a completely failure on how it was delivered to customers (all six of us were attending CBC).
