Bottle. Orangish golden color with quick head. Citrisy metallic aroma with hints of honey as it warms. Carbonation is okay - a bit low. Strange aftertaste that isn’t enjoyable at all. Dull on the palate - quite earthy. Boring finish.

Rich golden pour in a kolsch glass and a nice puffy lasting white head atop. Smell is very light when cold, and is just of mild grassy grain. Nice sweetness with some metallic flavors that stuck out. A light mustiness, and a touch too much sweetness, actually. Not enough crispness to the mouthfeel and it comes off a little flat. Decent for summer, but not great, nor one to seek out.

From a 12oz Bottle. Mostly hazy pour of deep golden yellow, topped with a thin ring of off-white head. Aroma of toasted corn nuts with a very soft touch of white grape soft estery fruitiness. Not acetaldehyde, but there is some DMS present, although not overpowering in the aroma. Light bodied, gently, yet fully carbonated mouthfeel. Some darker caramel malty notes come through nicely at the start of the palate, along with a little bit of graham cracker. Not much bitterness, but enough hop character to balance out any sweetness. Flavors are nice and subtle without many defects, but not crisp and clean enough to be a great example of the style or highly drinkable. Dry finish with a pleasant linger of herbal hops.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Credited as having 3.5% alcohol. Clear, deep golden with a white head. Malty, biscuity aroma. Medium body with sweetish malts, fairly clean with a dry, hoppy finish. Not bad at all. 200207

This golden blond is a kölsh - but also an ale - no wonder blonds sometimes are clueless.... The aroma has notes of fruit (tangerine) and malt. The flavour is slightly sweet with notes of fruit and caramel, and it has a artificial citrus bitterness, that is out of balance with the rest of the flavour. Simply not my cup of beer!!

Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of malt, honey and bit fruity. Flavour is sweet, bitter and malty and fruity. Some bitter hoppiness in the finish. Bought one bottle here in Denmark but later the owner of this virtual brewery darn well mailed me three fresh bottles by air! And what a difference compared to the ones that take weeks to come over here for the stores.

Bottle: PAle yellow, light white head and nice lacing. Nose of light hop and lotion, some sweetness and a full malty body. Decent finish and some additional sweet malty notes. OK.
