Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, (fruit sweet) with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Jun 17, 2007 Draft. A light amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also lighter notes of cherries, brewmahs, straw, and rye bread. The flavor is very sweet with light notes of malt and a subtle note of cherries, very present, but at the same time subdued, combined with light notes of almonds and spices, leading to a lightly bitter end.

Jun 16, 2007 (On tap) Clear, reddish orange with a small, off-white head. Distinct cherry aroma - almonds and marzipan. Medium body, fairly sweet with distinct cherry notes. I bet the cherry accents come from essence or an artificial source, real cherries don’t add this much flavour and aroma. Ends sweet - almost sticky. 150607
