Bottle-A light balck body with a small head and an aroma of roastee malt. Taste farly light compared to the aroma. Not a bad beer.

Had this beer on 9/15/1999. Color is a deep dark brown with a nice tight head. Taste is lighter than it looks . Finishing with a creamy roasted malt flavor.

Not a great beer at all. Even though this is a schwarzbier/dunkel and it’s supposed to be thin, it isn’t supposed to be THIS thin. Further, this brew lacks flavor (at least the good kind). There is a chalky, medicinal flavor to Black Knight that makes for a real disappointment.

I’d rather have a cup of cold coffee than try this again!

Aroma is reedy and slightly sharp. Color is a beautiful Deep Ruby Black. First taste is very green, fading to a metallic aftertaste. Finishing the bottle rounds out to a disappointing experience.

Solid layering. Flavor disappears quickly; a shame because a good maltiness is present initially. Nothing to get really excited about.

Somewhat sweet malt aroma, ok head, some crystal malt evident, not much of anything really, its not horrible, just not very interesting.
