This beer is much better than anticipated. The malt character is weak and masked by the booziness.

A good beer, which I really enjoyed at first. Now that I’ve explored a bit more, it really isn’t anything special. Lots of caramel malts and tastes a lot like molasses.

Canette 500ml.

Woah nelly was the malt ever rough on this. Not good at all. I know that in this style hops or esters aren’t supposed to make an impression, so the malt should be good quality, but the main impression I got from this beer was a mild step up from a malt liquor. Harsh finish.
