caramel, cereal, grass, dough, alcohol, golden, clear, minimal head, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, oily feel, soft carbonation. Darker gold pour with light white foam that falls quickly. Malty sweet with a light green grass hop presence. Alcohol is apparent right away. Sweeter flavour, and as I like malty beer, I don’t mind this. Carbonation is average, and mouthfeel seems on the oily side. There is a bit of heat that is noticeable, but not overwhelming. Finish is a bit boozy with a mild bitter sweetness. Not bad for a lower priced Bock.

Pours a dark yellow similar to the colour of apple juice. The alcohol taste of this strong beer comes through a little more than needed. Flavour of slightly sweet notes with faint bitterness, and not much else.

Golden colour with a white fizzy head.  Not much of an aroma. Sweet malt taste with a slight bitterness and mild carbination. Descent beer.

Bright golden color going for amber. White 2 finger head dead in a minute. Average legs and activity. Faint aromas and flavors of corn, caramel and herbal spices. Invading highly sugary syrupy taste. Light body with prickly carbonation. Faint and short finish ending in sweetness and slightly dry. Overall : A little bland but some good freshness. Overly accessible with a clean finish and almost no alcohol feel.

I’m not gonna smash this...it’s better than I expected and cheap. $2 a can? Hoser beer, cheaper than a 2L of cider and isn’t half bad. It has a character and whilst not the most desirable it’s quite OK....a yearning for another sip is there...so uh...there.

Can - Transferring Old Data - Holsten is definitely not a good brewey. Their beers are standard, easy to drink. This is an okay Bock, not much to say about it.

Can. Sweet honey and hay grain aroma. Clear, slightly pinkish gold under lasting white wisps and a bubbly collar. Sweet grain flavour with some paper oxidized character and light ethanol. Warming, medium carbonation, smooth.

Poured it with no head and no lacing. Taste very sweet, like it’s made for kiddies. Boring and mass produced. Yuck!
