Iím not gonna smash this...itís better than I expected and cheap. $2 a can? Hoser beer, cheaper than a 2L of cider and isnít half bad. It has a character and whilst not the most desirable itís quite OK....a yearning for another sip is there...so uh...there.

Can - Transferring Old Data - Holsten is definitely not a good brewey. Their beers are standard, easy to drink. This is an okay Bock, not much to say about it.

Not bad, quite strong with great sessionability, some honey aroma. Really donít understand the low reviews, maybe because itís a macro :/ Some cereal aroma and some nice carbonation for the brew. No head retention is a takeaway, overtop a golden/slightly amber tinted body. Well integrated alcohol for sure. Underrated.

Poured it with no head and no lacing. Taste very sweet, like itís made for kiddies. Boring and mass produced. Yuck!

Holsten makes the best shitty-good, driviníer intaya beers that are (or were) available here. As a young boy of ten, these were my favourite beers to get plastered on half-classily. Golden, sweet and malty with a light pissiness to them. I can never say I was lead astray by a Holsten beer. I know better now, then I was but a wee lad. Many a night. Many a night.
