500 ml can. Pours clear gold with a fizzy white head. Wet graint aroma with a light sweetness. The flavor has some grainy and sweet malts with a lighter earthy hoppy note. Decent.

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma of German hops, crispy malts and quite average pils. Flavor is slightly malty, crispy and with some distant but nice hops. Creamy texture, average carbonation.

Canned. Pale yellowish golden colour, mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is grains, bready malts, some starchlike sweetness as well as a mild metallic note as well. Flavour is quite alike, and also has some cooked vegetables in it. Cheap and bulky.

Aroma-Lemon myrtle, lemon zest, citrus, with some cereal malt and slight dirty mousy characters. Appearance-Straw with white head that tries to be persistent Flavour-light cereal and hay, wheat with some spicy hops and subtle well rounded bitterness. Mouthfeel-Dry, Light and refreshing Overall-A nice light refrehing pils venturing a little into bland territory

All malt on the nose, big, sweet malt. Again in the mouth it is like chowing down on liquid weetabix, shreddies or something. Bizarrely malty.

Borresteijn (2596) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 22, 2009
50cl Bottle from Aktiv Markt, Trier. Clear dark golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, some grain and apples. Flavour is light sweet, light malty, light hoppy bitterness. Has a bit of a cardboard texture upon swallowing. Light bodied, bland. Tastes very much like a Dutch macro pilsener/lager, and that is just what I was not going for.

Worst beer I’ve ever tasted, nothing to this beer at all, no taste, no aroma, no body. Shite. Rubbish.
