bottle - yellow golden beer with white head. Nice grassy hops aroma. Some malt flavour and a little bit of metal. Bitter in the end.

Bottle. Light metallic barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. LIghtly creamy barley malt and strong grassy hops flavor. Nice typical northern German pilsner - drier and hoppier than its southern cousins.

Golden and pearly with an OK head. The aroma has notes of malt, hops, light straw and fruit. The flavour is crisp and refreshing with a nice bitterness, notes of hope, light malt, light fruit and citrus in the finish. It’s a nice thirst quencher.

50cl can. Straw with a creamy white head; grainy aroma; sweet malt body with a slight bitterness and a dry hop finish. Not bad.

Just like every other lager I’ve tasted. No big flaws, but no personality either. The foam is a bit ugly and too light, the aroma and flavor have nothing worth mentioning. Drinkable but not among my favourites.

Had a Holsten near Hamburg from tap. Nice and stabile head eventhough it tastet very much dilutet. clear golden colour but a very weak body and only a little dry finish. boring and def. not "premium"
