The DM & Hotstuff’s European Honeymoon trip beer number 74. This canned brew from the a rest stop on an autobahn in Germany poured a large sized frothy head of fine to medium sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated transparent yellow orange colored body. The aroma contained notes of mild malts and hops. The mouth feel was mildly tingly and hoppy with a lingering mild hop finish. The flavor contained nice notes of malts and hops favoring the hops.

[bottle]
Very nice base malt aroma that is sweet like first runnings with hay notes and some barely detectable hops. Crystal clear straw with a thin, white cover. Boring and weak flavour that has some herbal bite, but otherwise just gentle malt behind a bitter kick. Clean finish, medium carbonation. Not outstanding, but very quaffable.

Golden and pearly with an OK head. The aroma has notes of malt, hops, light straw and fruit. The flavour is crisp and refreshing with a nice bitterness, notes of hope, light malt, light fruit and citrus in the finish. It’s a nice thirst quencher.

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma of German hops, crispy malts and quite average pils. Flavor is slightly malty, crispy and with some distant but nice hops. Creamy texture, average carbonation.

Strong bitter taste, hops notes and nice grainy finish. Very refreshing, drinks well; just over the average of German pilsners.

Don’t mind this one if nice and cold. Sometimes leaves that cloying taste in your mouth though.
