Very acidic German pilsener. Quite artificial as well. Not good.

I am pretty sure it was in a yellow can? Not sure when it had a silver can or am I reviewing the wrong beer. Anyhow, nasty aftertaste and generally nasty taste in general. crap lager.

No,nononoonononononononooooooooooooooo this is a typical german lager but it really isnt upto much im afraid.

In the UK version, brewed here by some huge corporation, this pils lager is tasteless gnats piss. If the stuff is 5.2% alcohol content I will personally devour my deceased grandfather’s ashes disolved in Tabasco sauce, they at least would have some flavour. In the 1960’s the imported Holsten Pils was indeed a potent and lively brew. This UK stuff is just sloppy, second rate fizz water that would have the Germans in Hamburg pissing themselves laughing at it. Trust me this bilge is not ’The Daddy’ its got NO BALLS. Whoever is responsible for cocking this once wonderful Pils Lager up into the mushy pap it is today in the UK should be ashamed on themselves. Go stand in a corner you big business urine tasters and do not move until i say so.

i got this from my work as it had been opened an hour before and was never going to sell. Though i dont think this did very much to the taste. And this is holsten pils at 5.2% out a bottle also, though these bottles used to be 5.5%.

Worst beer I’ve ever tasted, nothing to this beer at all, no taste, no aroma, no body. Shite. Rubbish.

Almost the same crap as Hansa Export. I will never ever again drink any of these two so called "beers" again!
