1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear golden color with small (or no) head. Bready nose, malty aroma. Watery texture, thin body and flat carbonation. Good for a price, around 0,5€ per 0,5l. (Holsten brewed in Croatia with 4,2% ABV, 2,0l plastic bottle)

2.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Almost no aroma. Head is plentiful but not lasting long. Fist taste is interesting mix of various flavors which goes down to malt at the end. In all this is drinkable beer but leaves a bit too messy first impression.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice clear golden color. Fluffy white head drops away quickly. Crisp and clean flavor and mouth feel. Always a sure thing.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
En traditionell tysk lager. Ganska maltig, begränsad beska. Hm, det finns betydligt intressantare i klassen.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
OLD NOTES OCT 9, 2003
Quite a sweet yeast smell. Very clear and carbonated when poured into a glass, yet head died quickly (I blame my glass for that though) Quite a bitey hop taste, lingers a bit afterwards. Not really much else to it. A bit watery. Not a bad flavour actually. Missing alot from your standard European style lager.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
0.5L can, 4.5% abv, brewed in Saku brewery, Estonia. Another 0.69.- € cent surprise, actually shitprise. It seems another under license barrel flush. Clear golden, tiny hat. Metallic hop aroma. Watery, metal, hop and yeast flavor. Watery, malty finish. Booring metal taste beer.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
50cl can. 15 years ago, this brew alongside Löwenbrau, were considered indeed as fine premium lagers (in Estonia t.i). Nowadays, it is actually hard to find them on the shelves. Decent beer. Was one of my "to go" beers 12 years ago. Pale malt, some distinctive hops, clear water - simple, not over-encumbered taste.
