Cask Handpump at the Wardwick, Derby 29/09/2006 Very fruity aroma. Amber coloured and very fruity with a slightly sour taste. Crisp full malt finish.

Cask at The Harp London WC2 30 Apr 06. Golden brown coloured. A cautious beer with a subte fruity aroma and flavour. Well balanced. A bit dull.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2006 Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Golden beer with white head. The pumpclip was definitely Holts, but then rambled on about Black Country Beer. It appears that Highgate are brewing the Holts, Plant & Deakin Entire to me however this was a dull copy with a mish mash of flavour. There is a grainy malt, thin with a yeasy, bready note, some boiled hop, largely boring.
